Headlight motor problem fixed

Headlight motor problem fixed
I posted a while back that my head lights went up but would not go down except manually. I checked the fuse and replaced the relay and still the problem occured. Looked at the linkage and couldn't find anything. Well I feel dumb now because I took it to get looked at and the mechanic took a stab at it and came back with a fix. The motor has 3 fuses, 1 for the motor, 1 for up and 1 for down. I just assumed there was one. If I would have not stoped on the diagram with the first fuse I could have fixed this much sooner, with less embarasment, and with out an expense.

Sorry to bring up an old thread. This sounds like it may be my issue.
My headlights just randomly stopped flipping up. It seems I am getting no 12v to activate the motor to flip them in the up position. If I manually turn them up, they will turn down properly themselves. If I supply a jumper from batt. pos to the correct pin they will flip up.
I am only seeing 2 fuses for the concealed headlight motor. 2 and 16? You are saying there's a third? Maybe this is the one I'm not seeing for the UP motion?
Thanks
