Upper Spring Perch for Bilstein Strut 2.5"

Anyone know where I can get a couple of 2.5" upper spring perches? I am looking for ones that are flat on top. True Choice has them in their catalogue but are out of them.

Skip,
The threaded portion of the shaft is ~14.2 mm (0.56")
That is what the hole size is in the stock perch. It sits on a 22.3 mm (0.878") section.
