Default help! torque specs for front sway bar

I need torque specs for the front sway bar mount bolts, as well as for the end links. I need to get this finished tonight to have transportation in the morning.

Thanks,
Jeff

17 ft-lb for everything but through an aluminum control arm, which is 18 ft-lb. Got those numbers from the workshop manual.

Thanks! Off to get this done, then fill & bleed radiator. Keep watch for another question in a while on setting the bolt for the throttle cam.

New question - how close does the sway bar come to the steering arms? My test fit had it essentially touching.

Close when suspension is at full travel, it SHOULD move away with the suspension under load... Did you install the washer and bushing on the underside of the arm?

Yep, forgot about the fact that it is unloaded right now since it is on stands. There is one bushing and washer on bottom, one each on top. My bad - and rework now.

My M30 sway is close (1/4 inch or so...) when the suspension is at full travel (wheel off the ground...) but has plenty of clearance with weight on the wheels...

Also, careful not to brake the radiator plug after you are done bleeding the radiator...it is $10 and you cannot find it but from a Porsche parts supplier....I had to use a metric bolt to replace the one I broke.

I used an import plug from Autozone, ordering a new radiator to replace the old one in my car when I re-do the hoses in a week or so after I get back from spring break...
