Default Help with radiator install!!

I am attempting to put the new radiator in, but can't seem to figure out how to get it over the new lower rubber mounts without the mounts pulling out. The jam nuts are as far up as they can go. This is extremely frustrating!!

If I remember correctly when I did mine, I removed the upper rubber, set the bottom of the radiator on the lower mounts, set the upper rubber on top of the radiator and pivoted the entire thing into place, the upper screws tighten down as they would and engage on the upper rubber, just make sure they are lined up and all should go well...

Thanks! That did work, now all I have to do is wait for the upper hose and other assorted parts to arrive from Pelican to finish the job.

Good timing I just put a new radiator in the 944S yesterday. I squeezed the upper rubber mounts in through the side openings after the clips were installed (yeah I forgot about them). I used a drill bit to center the mount under the 2 mounting bolt holes and all was done. Putting the spring clips joining the top of the radiator and plastic air diverter was actually the hardest part. Everything else was a snap; not as easy as a BMW E30 but still easy. Glad you got good advice and are all done.
