off topic but I also like the 928 S4.....but those are old cars aswell and really expensive to maintain.

I also actually like the 944 S2 cabs for some reason. I usually hate convertibles but I think the S2 cab looks far better than a regular 944 (rear end).

plus 944s seems pretty reliable......just expensive to repair when something major goes wrong.

well, I'm just saying, yeah BMW's and Audi's and M-B's are all over around here too, but not to many AMG's or ///M's

plus even a stock M3 is pretty good to take racing for a weekend and you can daily drive it just like 944's etc.

wouldn't 928 be more maintenance wise? do they use belts or chains? I like 928's too, 928 S4 baby!

I tell you though, sometimes I look at them and say to myself "wow that design is really out there" like really some kind of car from the future, there is still no other car with a rear end like on a 928!

Don't listen to the chick car nonsense out there. The Boxster is a great car. True, my wife drove our white one, but she instructed in it and I took it out there and thought about going all mid engine over the 968. It is just a pure joy to go through the corners, it corners hard! Ours does have the 996 motor 3.4 motor swap and I was able to pass and stay in front of a buddy with a 996 GT3 that had Hoosiers in the instructor class. Certainly not a chick car.

Sadly with our consolidating our car fleet ours will be up for sale shorlty. If you are interested let me know.
