Wow, that things looks mean.

I had another Rennlister send some pictures of his pedals installed. If you don't mind taking some, I always appreciate it. But since I now have some, don't feel obligated.

Thank you,
Brian

Any of you guys track you 944s?

I am curious how these pedals feel when heel-toe? I noticed that there is a double heel-toe extention/adjustable heel-toe extention available however, not for the 944 models.

I can't answer this question personally since I don't have a 944, but I will try to give more info. Our standard gas pedal for the 944 is roughly 3/4" wider than factory, which for most people is enough to make heel toe much smoother. Once you have installed the pedals, you can then add spacers to whichever pedal needs it by putting flat washers between the factory pedal and the new aluminum one. On every car I've had the brake pedal has been too low, so I simply space it up to where I need it to be. The extra width combined with the height has worked every time for me.

Ha, I do believe that RHD footrest pedal is due to me buying a set of these and getting a copy of that one to Brian so he could make me a set and send it downunder? Worked out very nice.

That sounds familiar, so thank you very much. I am glad they are working for you and the others that followed, thanks to you.

Which set would be best for someone who drives barefoot and with flip flops on a regular basis? I'd rather not be cutting up my feet on the pedals, of course. I think the normal grid pattern will probably be best, but what are your thoughts?

Keep in mind that these are racing pedals. I make them to have as much grip as possible. I've put some thought to this, and I don't have an answer as to which ones would be best for barefoot driving. They all have pretty sharp surface details (not really cut you sharp, more just hurt you sharp). If you walk barefoot alot and have tough feet, you will not mind. I never walk outside barefoot, so I don't think I'd like any of them (this would include stock rubber pedals for me as well).

Hmmm, how something so simple can be so nice. Mine are not in (the car) yet. we're still doing electrical work. So not much visual progress. Promised though, should have them in within a fortnight and the will make a pic for y'all. And after testing on track i will also tell you what i think about that.
