Post Rear seat removal (are the lowers just glued in?)

I am removing my seats today to have them recovered.

Front seats were a cinch - 6 hex bolts held in each.

The top rear was easy also - two 10mm bolts held it in place.

Now for the lower portion of the rear seats - are these seats just glued into place? That seems to be the case, but I don't want to just start tearing 'em out without making sure.

There are also some clips on the top of the seat, but other than that you are just going to pull it out. Give it a controled yank and that should do it....
