1. Remove the two front bumper bolts.
2. Disconnect the turn signal connectors, remove bumper.
3. Unbolt bumper shocks from car, trace the outline of the shocks to make installation easier.
4. Drill a small hole in shocks, completely drain oil (this will take a lot of time/shaking)
5. Leaving the shocks fully extended, mount them back on the car, install bumper etc.
6. Now gently kick in the bumper until it bottoms out.
If you compress the shocks before you mount them back on the car, its going to be a bitch to get the bumper bolts in.

Wear eye protection...when you drill a shock they go PFFFFFT!!!! with shock oil.
If you have the badge panel off, you don't need to remove the bumper.
