I tried 20 minutes after it posted, messages full. If it is a six speed I would be on a jet right now.

Looks like it's one of those "we can finance anyone over the phone" dealerships.

Betcha that $3k is your down payment, plus you'll only pay $99 a week for a "porsh" for the next 60 months, all you need to do is bring in your last two pay checks.

I will send pictures when I get it home. Runs and drives, leaks oil all over the belly pan, probably front seals but wont know until I get the belly pan off. Unfortunately it is a tiptronic but I figure the motor alone is worth the price. Body has what looks like original paint and it doesnt look like it has been repaired ever so it is real straight except for a couple of hail dings on the hood and that dent in back. Nothing a paintless dent repairman cant fix. I bought it at 6pm. Gotta move fast

PS anybody need an 87 944S with a rebuilt head and front seal job? Only so much space in the driveway.

No room in my driveway, but I will be happy to trade you a freshly belted, sealed, squeaky clean 8V for that leaky, dirty old 968 motor... After all, who needs all that power in front of a slushbox?

(I can kid, he's my brother)

Great score Jay !

I just spoke with the seller a few mins ago before reading this whole thread. He said the car had sat for several years, go figure.

He said you were a collector...now update your signature
