Default Front wheel seals

I'm sorry, but I do dis-like the seach function on this site. Been searching for a while, but its not turning up anything....

Anyhoo... I'm doing the front brakes on my car, rotors and all. I've decided to repack the bearings while I'm in there. I forgot to order wheel seals when I ordered my brakes so, does anyone know if NAPA or some quality parts store can cross the seal number? Do any of you have the number?

I know there are some parts that cross to other vehicles... do the wheel seals?

Thanks yet again.....

I don't know if they cross, but any mechanic shop or possibly even a napa could order the seals through WorldPAC for you and get them for you the same or next day.

Yeah, like a dumb ***, I took everything apart before I decided I needed the seals. I have my wifes car, but she's not going to let me use it for long. I need the seals ASAP.

I'm going to take them down there tomorrow and see what they can do... I was just seeing if someone had done this before me, and could give me the part number they used.

Use NAPA part # 17736 NOS

NAPA actually carries many parts for our cars, regular stuff like bearings and seals are very common to have in stock.

Yeah, I found them.... National Seal 1012N at Car Quest.

I didn't think the seals would be hard to find, I just don't like relying on the high school drop outs they put behind the counters at the parts stores.

Thanks for the help....... as always!!
