I dropped my dad off to pick up his car at Brady's Auto Care which is right next to Rite-Aid in Crofton off of 450, and as I was pulling out, I saw a bad *** 87+ 951 completely hopped up and tricked out. The only thing it needed was a good paint job...other than that, it was off the hook. This is what I saw on it:

87+(late offset, airbags)
black on black w/ AIR front splitter
18" mille-miglia something (cross spoke pattern) wheels
Big red front brakes(I think...the porsche was painted on instead of raised like the stock calipers, and they looked pretty damn big)
Painted rear calipers w/cross drilled rotors
some kind of exhaust
HKS EVC boost controller
autometer gauges
Lo-Tek pillar pods (this is why I am pretty sure it is somebody on this forum as we were the ones who got it made)

So...who is it?

Oh yeah...it had a turbo timer and a single large vent in the nose panel.
