I've read that valve stem supports there to prevent valve stems from breaking off. I have valve stem supports on my rears but not the fronts. I'm thinking about tracking my car and at excess of 120mph, do I really need them?
Thanks in advance. <img src="graemlins/wave.gif" border="0" alt="[byebye]" />

i regularly cruise at 80-90 on i-95 here in FLA, i just refinished my phone dials, and i wish i had put stem guards, see the stem caps leave nice little black marks where they hit the fresh paint. oh well... i'll put some on over the mark. the only downside is they are a beeotch to clean, but the stem DOES bend that much at speed... the choice is yours! i'd put em on...
