That was really good. A friend of in mine north Georgia is into old Rovers. The first time I saw the wipers on one of his 88" Series 2A Rovers I had to laugh. There is a little handle on the wiper motor so you can manually operate the wipers when the motor inevitably fails. I guess you can call that systems redundancy

I don't get it, do you mean two flabby tarts in short skirts or a couple of lardy geezers in a tiny car?

Quite the jokesters,

Well, I guess everyone is happy with where I'm going or just trusting me. I thought I would get more questions on trying to fuse the starter wire or putting in monster gauge wire a couple inches thick.

I even checked with Bosch on the starter. It will surge to over 500 amps easy when you first turn the key. So forget trying to fuse it with anything meaningful, look to protect the wire and route it well.

Everyone have a safe and Happy New Year!

Max, I know you are an honorable man and when you are in, you are in.

I supposedly have 69 guys that are in for various configurations. I'm sure that will melt down to 50, so I'm trying to figure out how many parts to order.

I didn't get a CCD camera for Christmas, so guess I need to go and search today so I can post pictures. I have you down for just the negative ground but when you see the positive feed with fuse for the operating system, excluding starter, you will probably want that.

It is pretty sweet, especially in combo with the new military battery clamp. The battery clamp is the Gold Standard that everyone compares to. Even has a steel spring inside the casting to open up the clamp. No more prying open the clamp with the fattest screw driver you have.

I am so embarrassed, I cannot believe I didn't get that joke at first. It wasn't until I got home on Tuesday and turned on Changing Rooms on BBC America that it clicked in my head. I guess sitting in the office in the middle of the U.S. kind of blocked the concept of Wales out of my head.

I gotta stop reading the list while I am supposed to be doing stuff at work, it's too confusing.

I had a search engine to help me!

Of course, even after I found the answer, it still took me a little while to understand.

That's why I think it's so funny.

Of course why anyone would want to go to wales is beyond me.

as working with a guy in Farnburough who was from there. Gave him quite a hard time about it. Luckily he had a sense of humor.

Dan,
Yeah, you can put me down for the positive side also. Why not just do it all at once. Besides, I should clean/replace my ICV anyway so my intake will be coming off anyway. And you are right...I am sure that everyone is just trusting you and why shouldn't they. When I show guys the lighting kit in my car they are completely in awe.

Well, I think I have the fuses sowed up. So everyone on the current list will be OK.

But I think this will be an issue in the future since my name isn't Mercedes Benz. They are sending me over 100 samples rather than bother billing me. These are likely a Lincoln each. So $500 in samples, this has me nervous as a ***** in church.

The first build will go off. Who knows after that. I can't buy 10,000 copies at $5 each.

Max, I made that lighting kit with "***** To The Wall" in mind. I think it worked.

Alex, two kits of what?

I have the headlight kit and the battery cable project. Battery cables are not finished yet.

The headlight package is the biggest bang for the buck. Just ask your Canadian Brothers that have it. I think they are pretty pleased.

Regards, Ice
