My car squeaks after idling for a minute. The first minute the car runs quite, then its starts to squeak.
I've just replaced the belts and all the idle and tension rollers. Could it be the belt for the balance shafts is to tight, or did I place the idle roller for the balance shaft belt in the wrong position?
Any advise would be very much appreciated

Could be that the balance shaft belt idler is not gapped properly (the 0.5mm to lower balance shaft sprocket, preload on belt 0-1mm). In my case, it turned out to be the roller on the spring tensioner that hadn't been replaced. If you've replaced all the rollers, it may well be the balance shaft belt idler.
When gapping the idler, I use a small mirror to align the peak of a belt tooth with the idler so as to set the gap at the tightest clearence. If you set the gap in a valley between two teeth there will be too little or no gap at the peaks. If you have the rounded gapping gauge this is not an issue.

Oh yeah, forgot this. To locate my squeak I removed the top half of the belt cover, ran the engine until the squeak started, then located it using a mechanics stethoscope (my "stethoscope" is an old piece of heater hose about the length of my arm
). Be very cautious doing this, it is dangerous for both you and the car if your stethoscope gets into a running belt!
also - you mention that the balance shaft belt could maybe be too tight - how are you tesioning the belts? Like this?:

Looking at the above website, notice how the balance belt tensioner roller is aligned (the middle nut that holds it down compared to the offset nut directly underneath it). Its possible to get this out of whack and end up with some rubbing too.

However one thing is not yet totally clear to me, what exactly do you mean with "preload on belt 0-1 mm"?
PS I don't have the tensioning tool, I never had any problems with setting camshaft belt manually.

Pre-load 0-1mm means the idler could be just touching the belt (0) to deflecting the belt 1mm.
I like to set it around the max, ie. push the idler into the belt until it moves the belt 1mm.
Here's a diagram of it. Notice how theres a gap at the bottom (spec'd to 0.5mm) and an overlap at the top (supposed to be spec'd to 1mm, it actually says 0.1 - typo).
