Post Paragon Rocks!!

I just wanted to post this on the BBS to thank Pargagon (especially Chuck) for taking such good care of me this past Friday afternoon/Saturday.

I am not going to go into all the gory details just realize that I needed another rear wheel bearing (aluminum trailing arms) really badly at 4:00 pm on a Friday. I called Paragon, spoke to Chuck and he sent me 2 bearings (oops!) overnight. They arrived by noon as guaranteed and I was able to install the bearing and drive to NJ from Annapolis, to visit my wife (away on business). I got there right on time (actually a little early, heh, heh, <img src="graemlins/burnout.gif" border="0" alt="[burnout]" /> ).

I have never needed a part that I couldn't wait for and I was so relieved that Paragon jumped right on it and got me my part. Thanks guys. You have a loyal customer for life.

Best Regards,
Max
p.s.- here's the link to the post I made about how I destroyed the new bearing. It's more than a little embarassing.
