Post 914 Experience... (pics)

Posted the whole story from start to finish on 914club. Thanks to the internet and a bunch of resources I feel as though i'm an educated buyer. I was pretty excited before seeing the car, but resisted the temptation. How can anyone ever buy a car off ebay? Rust is key on 914s. One guy had a parts 914 that split in half while on jack stands. Oops.

Wow, you are lucky you didn't buy that one. I went to see a 914 awhile back and the had the roof off so I told him to put the roof on, the bloody roof hung over the front of the windshield by like 2-3inches. Belly pan was gone. Could barely open the doors.
