Default Preferred Assembly Lube and Anti-Sieze?

Building a new motor for the race car and it will be my first from scratch build. Also have a freshly rebuilt trans to install so I want to do the assembly right.

To date I've gotten by with some random black moly stuff and some red high pressure grease for the axles. But I know there has to be better than what the local FRAPS carries. I have other adhesive types like Permatex, and I have the Loctite 574, but I want to get top quality lubrication.

What are the preferred types of assembly lube, anti-seize (copper?), axle lube, etc? Redline makes an assembly lube I see, but anyone with more experience care to share? Thanks!

For engines, I use that really sticky red stuff... I'll have to look up the name.
