86 951 My idle stablizer valve is clicking and clacking when the key is turned on. Never did this before. Will not start. No spark past coil wire, new dist,roter,wires,plugs,coil. Every thing is plugged in and checked with a o meter. Ran good. Only thing different is this click clack idle valve. Can this cause no spark. Does not seem related.
