Post Cruise control question- 924S

Where IS the frigging cruise control box on the 924S ? Easy to find on the 944. next to the DME..

I was also wondering if a late (87 of course..)944 box can be swapped for the 924S..

I have been looking in BOTH the 924 and 944 Haynes manuals and neither are correct as to location.. (of course the 924S isnt in EITHER
manual. I feel like Harry carrying the 356 and the 911 manuals for the 912 now..)
Thanks all!

I have this image of a 924S up on blocks. Stripped to the frame all glass removed and you standing next to it scratching your head.
