225s on 7" wheels?

Pretty much, on the 16x7 was 225/50, 17x7.5 was 225/45. Currently, I've got 225/45 on the 17x8. I tried 235's on the 17x8 and had no problems, whatsoever, but switched back to the 225's cause I noticed running 235's can cause more rock chips on the sides and side mirrors.
