To anyone interested in a San Antonio 944 get together:
I am thinking 15 Feb for a BBQ at my place - that should be plenty of notice. I dont think there are any pca or scca events on that day. Let me know if your keen.

WHOA, didn't expect that kind of feedback, it's great to know yall are out there, and I think a 944 Barbeque is definatally in order.
By the way, Robert, you may know an old buddy of mine, he's British, lives in Georgetown, he's a pilot and he used to have a beautiful eighty-somtheing 911SC. Anyway thanks for all the feedback guys!

BBQ on the 15th of Feb sounds great! The "better" half and I would love to come.
Let's see, San Antonio in Feb, should be seasonally warm and the riverwalk should be just about right - not too many people, but enough to give you that "in-crowd" feeling!

I agree, but I did say "seasonally warm" - it's usually pretty darn cold in February in Texas. Not freeze your pipes and kill the dog cold like up north, but mid 20's for a low is still cold. But then again, that'll keep the beer cool cause, as everyone knows, the temp in the summer is only good for frying eggs on the sidewalk!

Bummer! I won't be able to make the 15th because I'll be up north in Rocehster, NY (my hometown) for an annual SE-R gathering. Otherwise, we'd probably be there as well.
Next time.
