Default alternative to loctite 638 /648?

I got my oil cooler seals today, the oprv alligning tool and new oprv sleeve to install.

the oprv sleeve calls for locite 638 or 648 but I can't find this anywhere if I order it onling I'll have to wait at least a week or more to get it.

I phoned lordco parts and they said they have loctite that is for cylinders, that press into things but not called 638 or 648.

the oprv sleeve is just a cylinder that is suppose to get glued in and my old one has come loose.
