I have used USAA for nearly 20 years. They are the best, period. Go through them to solve the dispute with the body shop. If this shop can't get it right, ask USAA to have another shop redo the work. I think that USAA will come through for you - they always have for me, sometimes extraordinarily (here is an opportunity for a long story about my former 911, Easter 1987, and a Danish bridge - but I'll save that for another time).
