Clutch pedal height

Clutch pedal height
Last question for the day...
I just got tranny rebuilt and a new SACHS clutch put in. My clutch pedal is at the same height as my brake pedal. However, my friction point is very high on the pedal....almost feels like I am driving a Firefly or some crap. The clutch doesn't feel like a hydraulic clutch no more! Is there I can lower the pedal, and lower the friction point to make the car feel better? I know this was done once and I loved it...what do you guys think? Anyone have their clutch pedal lower than their brake pedal?
Thanks,
Mike

Make sure the free play in the clutch is properly adjusted. There should be about 3mm play on a properly adjusted clutch for proper operation. To adjust, there is a lock nut (13mm wrench?) at the top by the pedal, then there is a shaft that is twisted to adjust the play (10mm wrench?). If you stick your head in the footwell, you should be able to see what you need to do. It helps to be young and agile! Anyhow if the play is not properly adjusted it can affect how the engagement point feels, and more to the point the clutch can start slipping. You don't want to replace the clutch again soo do you?
