There are few replacement speakers that will fit in the front door due to the depth of the magnet. When you put the plastic cover back on there is a gap between the cover and the door panel. These speakers are close probably 1/8" to 3/16" (3-4mm) too deep. I removed them from my 944, where the PO had actually used bent the door steel back to get these to fit flush and have the speaker cover fit properly. When I installed them, I slipped a 3/16" speaker spacer behind the door panel to eliminate the gap.

El Commandate - IIRC no, it does not have one.
Roman, I had bought a set of Infinity 4"x6" speakers for the rear. They came with a plastic surround (I guess that is what I would call it ) for use in certain mounting applications. It just happens to be the right size and shape to do the job. However, you could do the same thing with a sheet of 3/16" UHMW that you cut to fit properly

No takers for the lens' - will take any reasonable offer over $15.
Everything else is provisionally sold and PMs sent to all posters to the thread.
Apologies if you were not the first to contact me. I was surprised by the rapid demand for my odd & ends...
Many thanks everyone and to Rennlist for continuing to support my habit
