New to board, but how do you open a powered sunroof? Car had no owner's manual.

remove the rear drivers side carpet behind the seats. the motor for the sunroof is there. there is an opening for a flathead screwdriver, i dont remember which way you're supposed to run it, but one way raises and the other lowers the roof, keep going the way that lowers and it will unlock it. the carpet fastenes with some plastic clips.

the whole thing's not too tough. also for better help list the cars year and trim.

good luck!

with the ign on the open and close switch will lift and close the roof, with the ign in only the first position the open and close switch will unlock the levers so the roof panel can be removed.

If none of the above are working it may be that you have stripped plastic gears in the lifting mechanism - its not uncommon for this to happen. Replacements are available from pelican/paragon quite cheaply.
