Adrial, isn't this an "Accusump" setup, like the ones from Canton Racing in CT? I bought their high flow filter, but it's not really meant to be used without an accusump, as some other Rennlisters found out.

Luis the problem with the canton spin on filters is that the filter is still mounted upside down, so the anti-drain back valve is necesary. This valve, as you know, fails very quickly.
The way my filter will be mounted, an anti-drain back valve will not be necesary.

I pretty much have parts suppliers nailed down. I just need to finalize pricing with them and get a prototype together.
I will be gone from wensday this week till monday (next week). I will order the parts before I leave so I will be able to start work on the mounting bracket and finalization of it when I return. I expect I will have a working prototype in a month, at the most.
I had let this drift aside with my standard job having more work for me, but I will get back on top of this. I am considering making a kit to bolt up an accusump as well, but that is down the line.
I will, of course, offer a discount on the first batch for Rennlister Members if I can.

I was actually planning on using either the Amsoil bypass kit or something very similar, but access to the filters (when installed on the car) would not be easy. Also the price was getting to be way higher than I liked with all the hoses/adapters that would be necesary.
