Let's Help a Lister/86 951 for sale feeler
my good friend Rich aka chitown944 is in a hard spot. His father passed away wednesday night, he lost the fight with cancer.
The economy hasn't been great for any of us but being a small business owner its hurt Rich pretty bad. He is going to have to help pay for his father's funeral and has already talked about selling his 951.
He has limited internet access right now so what do you guys think he can get for his car?
It's an 86 951 mainly stock except for a 3" exhaust, chips, and a tial wastegate.
The paint is in pretty good shape, guards red, but does have some touched up spots. I know he had the front bumper and nose panel resprayed. The interior is in great shape for its age, but he does have a dash cap installed. ~150k miles, the car runs and shifts great, I have driven it and it runs great.
The only problems is the radiator recently sprung a leak and when I did the venturi delete with MBC for him the clutch would slip at higher boost. At stock boost pressures it wouldnt slip at all.
Fuchs wheels.
I don't want Rich to have to sell his car, he babies it. I would make fun of him for how much he waxes and washes it.
