How much of a PITA is it to change out the sunroof seal? The one on my 951 is shot, and it looks like crap. How much does a new seal go for and where's the best place to get it? Anyone have any instructions to do this?

It was really easy when I removed and reinstalled mine for painting the car. Just pull the old one off and press the new one in with your thumb. The only hard part I can think of is trimming it for length, if necessary. And that's just because you want to make sure you trim it right!

go to vertex.com i paid like 60 bucks for mine....although ive seen them on ebay for cheaper.
