Yup just the stock bumper. I removed the pads, had a guy weld the holes then paint.

Yes you have to remove the bumper. Take out some bolts and remove the pads. Then find a good aluminum welder. Take it to the body shop for paint and your done.

Just giving my opinion here, I don't really like them THAT much. I know they are awesome, but I just don't think they live up to the hype for me.
Nice looking wheels, no doubt. Not my favorite though.
