Post Anyone tried "Pro Blend" brand coolant additive??

Has anyone experimented with the Pro blend coolant additive? Its supposed to lower temperatures up to 28 degrees. It comes in a gallon and you just add water not coolant. Its only for summer months where there are no freezing tempereatures. I am thinking of using that additive or tha water wetter. I just want the engine to run at its lowest temperature possible. Does that Red Line water wetter work alos?

I do use the water wetter, I haven't used the other stuff or heard of it before. I think that the water wetter works well, I don't hear the fans run nearly as much as I used to at idle/in town.
