Outside spring or inside spring??

I can get you a measurment of the outside spring outer diamter this evening.

Outer Valve Spring outer Diamter = 34mm
Lifer inner diameter = 36 mm

I do not have access to the inner valve springs.

According to my trusty calipers;

outside spring dia. = 1.352" (34.341mm)

inside spring dia. = .981" (24.917mm)
