I is on my 88 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe. It has a 2.3L turbo motor, the AFM is the same size as my 87 951 AFM. So, this may be a cheap way to put a K&N on the turbo. It's transition is alot smoother than some adaptors I've seen, it funnels in to the box shaped AFM froma round inlet. Just thought I'd share. <img border="0" alt="[bigbye]" title="" src="graemlins/xyxwave.gif" />

pretty much any adapter from any car would work though wouldn't it?long as the opening was bigger than the opening in the AFM, you could just drill your own holes right?

Andre is right. I used one for a toyota 4-Runner. Just routed out the hole to let max air flow, and drilled new holes. Worked perfect.

I don't have a digital camera, it is similar to the toyota one in the pic. I think it has a little better transition. As far as I can tell, it will need no modification to put it on. It's a factory part for the T-birds, should be able to get them at a local salvage yard.
