Yep - locked em in there. The spares are in my briefcase - guess where that f-ing thing is. Anyone know where to catch the rod with a slimjim?

I found that the easiest way to get into the '96 3500 was to call the dealership and have them make a key from the VIN.
Ford will even bring the key to you, Chevy wouldn't do that (at least 4 years ago they wouldn't)

Does it still have the slide locks under the handle? If so the rod that runs back to the cylinder can be hooked with a slimjim and slid forward.
Or option 2 will be harder to explain but easier to do. The handle has a metal rod that runs down to the locking mechanism if you can hook that and pull up on it you can open the door that way. 9 out of 10 times you will have to reattach that rod (simple its held on with a plastic clip you just have to take the door panel off to do it).
Or option 3 take a piece of the white ceramic off a spark plug and lob it at the window. This sounds like a light bulb breaking but you will be able to get in the truck.
BTW you did not mention if you have a sliding rear window. If you do and it is not power just stick the tip of a flat blade screw driver in there and twist. the latch will break and then you can just buy a new latch.
