Once upon a time I used to drive a Subaru, the the scuby nuts swear by seafoam, and they use it in fuel, oil, gearboxes, vacuum lines, carbs, injectors, basically any bits of the car that see petroleum products, or could..... And yes they do use it in turbo cars as well....
