I went to Walmart and picked up a Dremel yesterday and started on my front bumper today. I got the nubs grinded off and didn't feel ready to quit for the night, so I started polishing my wheels. I know now it'll take forver to finish them.. Anyway, next is to pull it off and play with Bondo. I haven't even ordered the paint yet, (and I'm lazy) so it'll likely be a couple weeks before it's good to go, but here's my progress so far.. Front bumper.

In my experience india red isn't the same as guards. I had some paint mixed up, LM3A, and it said india red. It wasn't even close to my guards red.
I would make sure the paint you buy says guards red.
