The best autocross tranny for a 944
I'm looking for some information on 944 transmissions. I have an 86 944 with a smoked tranny. I plan on autocrossing it and I'd like to see if anyone knows of a more appropriate transmission. I've heard that newer 924S transmissions might work better. I honestly dont know much about the gear ratios at this point. Anyone have insight?
