Default Seized Brakes Help

I hadn't driven my '86 944 NA for a few months, but I would start it every so often just to keep the fluids moving. Used fuel stabilizer, etc.

The problem is that I didn't "move" the car, so now that I want to, the brakes are seized. I looked at the rotors, and they are fairly rusty.

Any suggestions? Not sure if I want to try to force it to move, and possibly brake something.

Help!!!!

it shouldn't be anything serious, try gently rocking the car back and fourth.
