Maybe if you punched the hole and let things sit for a couple years you could cut down on drips.
Do the grocery bag trick. Just make sure the bag doesn't have any holes in the bottom that you drip oil out of. Those bags are not exactly high quality product.

I got the Mack brand floor jack at Wal Mart, the cup fits perfectly on the jacking point.
Jack the car up from the drivers side and let the oil shoot away from you and you have the car leaning to get a little more of the old oil out too.
That is one ugly dog up there.
