Sorry, cant post anything that can allude to me making money from work.
It is a 90. SN 150 i am pretty sure. 73k miles. It was originally a Summit NJ car. A lot of records, clutch at 71k. Clutch as in clutch, PP, etc. Sensors, mounts for sensors, flywheel bolts blah blah. by SM Motorsports in New Hyde Park.
Belts and WP have probably less than or around 10k miles on them.
Left rear quarter was replaced at one point over the last 19 years. Job is very good. Paint blend is not perfect.
no dash cracks. Seats are in real nice shape. Bolsters are real clean. One small hole in one back like a pen hit it. From when we moved last year. I think you have to look hard to see it.
M030 Koni adjustable shocks with corner balance etc. Height trimmed to european ride height.
No LSD. AC blows cold.
Car is now in Centennial (Denver) CO where the air is thin and the HP disappears.
D90s are in great shape, tires are Dulops with tread, but have been to a few DEs, and are ready for replacement.

Congrats...it's a beauty! Enjoy tweeking it and good luck selling the S2 !
I attended Porscherama last weekend...had a blast! We ran the south course at pocono...it confirmed just how much I need to improve as a driver...but I had loads of fun!

If anyone wants a second opinion on the S2, ive seen it in person and taken it around the block a few times. A very 'healthy' car and a clean example of an S2. Tom dosent really spare expense when it comes to these cars. thats why i bought his rare red 951 before he moved. I also put the front M030 struts into that car, Tom did the rear shocks.. (he got off with the easy end).

First off, Jon knows the car.
Sorry, I put it in the sig and forgot to put it in the reply. My folks flew in last night and suddenly my blood pressure is up. cant imagine why.
I was there. I was in blue. saturday i was on the corner after randy and edie's red carrera, sunday i was across from the 944 lineup, in teh shade of joe's trailer.
It is. 3k on the clutch, 1.5k on suspension, add in some other stuff and the core car is not much money. the value is in the work that was done. get a NA for free and add on the S2 stuff, next thing you know you are at close to what i want for the whole car.....
That's why i went for another car. i wont see the $ i tossed into the clutch that it really didnt need. to add a LSD to my S2 would have cost me half the difference in $. I would have done that but for the altitude and 20% loss of power because of the altitude. If I found a 968 that was right i would have gotten that, bought a GT torsen diff for 2k, and swapped suspensions. this turbo came up the day after my offer on a 72k mile 968 fell through, a month after my offer on a 50k 968 fell through, blah blah blah.

I know you are a fan of the S2 for DD duties, but up there in the altitude the turbos are great compensators. VERY nice color!!

Had I thought about altitude I would have sold the car in NY instead of paying 1200 to ship it here. I wondered why there are so few S2s around here compared to turbos.
