Had this issue when I left my light up. Took out the fuse and disconnected the motor for the opo up lights and I still got a constant drain. Put the lights in the closed position, no more drain. Weird

 

I had the same issue and it took me a while to track it down. The final cause was a poor ground. Try cleaning up your ground points. The one in the battery tray area, the one on at the back of the engine block, and the one on the bellhousing. Maybe also the starter contacts. Just pull em off and clean the wire end and the ground point with a wire brush or some sandpaper, and maybe use some dielectric goo when you put em back on.

Also, if you end up pulling your alternator out to test it (most autostores will test it for free), you may want to replace the voltage regulator "while you are in there". The voltage regulator is bolted onto the back of the alternator and can go bad over time.
