Anyone curious what the Turbo waterpump relay looks like?
I thought some of you might be interested to know what it looks like inside the relay for the turbo waterpump. I pulled it apart, thinking maybe I could fix mine. there's a bit more to it than I thought. I've since changed my mind and ordered another one for $60.

Jax -
It looks from the picture that there's corrosion on the spade terminals that plug into the relay board. Seriously.
Take a look - if there's corrosion - clean it off and see if the relay works again!
HTH!

There is no corrosion - it just looks that way in the pic. The relay turns on, it just stays on and doesn't turn off after 30 seconds. The timer is probably on that chip, and in hindsight maybe I should have ordered one from radio shack to see if it fixed the problem. Actually maybe I'll do that anyway - that way I'll have a spare!
