Hi just wondering if any of yall knew if there was an easy fix to make the cargo cover in 944's roll up. My cargo cover has lost its spring tension and its not rolling back up. . .??

I've never had to do it yet, but I remember a post on this awhile ago. Remedy was to remove one? end, then turn the inner rod to pretension the spring again, much like you would do to a home window shade.

I've never seen one of these up close, but can it be any more than a glorified roll up window shade? Hideously over priced and overengineered, of course, yet I wonder... could some answers, and perhaps parts be had from an old (larger diameter) roll up window shade?
Just a thought... Good Luck!!!

I was planning on taking off one end of the cover, as suggested earlier in this thread, and re-tensioning the spring, then re-riveting the cover back on.
Too many projects, and only two days per weekend...
