The idiot in the alignment shop stripped one of the bolts that holds the rear bushing of front control arm on to the frame. Its the captive nut inside the frame that's stripped as a new bolt won't tighten up. My only thought is to tap out the nut to the next size up and use a larger bolt.
Any other suggestions? - I could strangle this moron and don't trust him to make it right.....

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT
These nuts do not have enough body to go oversized (M8 to M10)
Best is to go the "Tabor route"

Ugh...this just happened to me yesterday when replacing my control arm. Make sure the captured nut is still there, on mine the welds broke. Either way, get a 1.5" holesaw and drill an access hole, I am sure you can find a good spot for this. Then, If stripped you could chisel the nut loose then hold a new nut there and tighten it up. Amazing how a 15min control arm replacement turns into a PITA.
