Thanks for the link. I'm going to check them now. The injector wires are in bad shape...I'm not surprised this may either contribute to or be the source of the problem.

Jiggle the injection harness, they seem to get brittle and lose connections, usually in the rear from the heat but the connectors also rot out under the rubber...But the best way to tell is hook up the injector test light, and go through each plug, when these have the random no start issues you have to check the system stage by stage. pulse, fuel, spk

Default UPDATE: 9/8/08

Things have been fine until today. I drove to the Oregon Coast on Friday...about 250 miles total...and had no problems whatsoever. Tried starting the car today, and it wouldn't start.

So, I tried starting the car after I pulled the #1 spark plug wire off the spark plug, but didn't hook up the spark tester like I've done before. The car started.

Does this mean there's a fuel pressure issue? I recall reading somewhere that if it'll start with 3 cylinders, but not with 4 cylinders wired up, it's probably a fuel pressure issue. Or, am I hallucinating?

Thanks,

Nick
