oh and this just happened to me, when you clamp the fuel hose leading from the fuel tank.. you might wanna replace it... after 3 days mine cracked and there was gas all over the place...

Thanks. That's what I wanted to figure out: what's going to need replacing at the same time I do the fuel pump, and/or what could fail/break/die as (or immediately after) I do it.

I'm still figuring out how to proceed...got sucked into home maintenance stuff today, and didn't have a chance to probe around.
