Post Is there such a thing?

I am currently looking at buying a 944 which is listed as an 87 944 S Turbo but after researching the S and Turbo models, It doesnt look like this is listed correctly. The models I found for 1987 were either S or Turbo.

So far I have only taken a quick look at the car but plan to go back tomorrow for a test drive and more snooping.

Any help/tips appreciated.

If it has a big price tag, it could be a rare "Turbo Cup" 951 car. Otherwise, the first "turbo S" cars delivered to the U.S. were 1988 cars. All 951 cars from 89 on, were "S" cars. Very few were imported by PCNA, though. I've seen some listed in Canada.
