Post suspension(Skip?)

I'm replacing some suspension parts, how hard is it to just replace the ball joints as opposed to the entire(early steel) control arm? Also, what's the consensus on KYB inserts? How much for a full bushing replacement, mine really are fine, but if cost effective I'm going to replace all of 'em while I'm there. Thanks for all the help.

I'd get the entire control arms. They are cheap and easier to work with. The stock arms would need to be drilled to get the orginial ball joints out. This is not a huge deal, but since you can get a pair of control arms for like $100 to me that seems the way. BTW this price includes new rubber bushings for the arms as well.
Check on the paragon site for the latest costs.

Avoid KYB, FWIH they are a giant step below stock.

If you're going to replace the bushings, go for the weltmeister red poly ones(paragon sells them). They're not much more expensive than the stock ones, easier to install, and give a much more direct suspension action. I've had no problems with noise or increased harshness either. If you don't put the better bushings now and ever want to in the future, you'll regret it later when you have remove the whole suspension again.
