Post anyone know spacers?

i just got a set of 17' 993 wheels that are incredible..more so incredible for the price i got em. I have an 85.5 944 n/a..the offsets for my new wheels are front=52 and rear=47. am i gonna need more than one spacer on each wheel? if so what sizes and best place to get them? thanx all-jim

I can remember the URL but Danno's "Racer X" site would have that info, check guru's site as well as he may have it there. Maybe someone else will jump in with the info...
Stacking spacers is a no-no, you need about an inch all around (~29 mm front/~24 mm rear, iirc) and that can be done in one piece. Danno has part numbers for stock Porsche spacers and studs that can be found used for a reasonable price. Dont forget that Porsche reccomends using an updated rear A-arm mount and different alignment specs for 17" wheels.
