Is there a list that someone has compiled for our cars of compatible parts from other vehicles that work in our cars? I know of a fuel injector for the early 944 is available from Crysler for a third or less of what we pay for it..

Interesting question. I would be interested in a list like this as well.

I imagine we would find a lot of VW/AUDI parts, but how would we know what is a 1:1 match...

early a arms are direct from the VW bins

There was a thread on 924.0rg a while back detailing the parts that swapped to the 924. We should start compiling the same type of data here. Admin, you guys listening?

The disign is mostly VW but to my knowledge the actual VW arms did not have holes for sway bars.

I think it is possible that the first 924s did not have sway bars, and actually used the VW arms, but I do not know.
